If your outfit is revealing, please bring a light shawl or scarf to cover your shoulders for the Ceremony.

For footwear: consider heels or formal flats.

You are welcome to bring a pair of comfortable flats
for later in the night.

    Please bring a black shawl or scarf to cover your shoulders during the ceremony.

    Avoid sheer / see-through fabrics.

  • Shoulders must be covered (jackets or suit coats will meet this requirement).

    No hats inside the Basilica.

  • Please choose formal footwear suitable for a black tie event.

    For women:  heels or elegant dress flats are perfect.

    For men: black dress shoes are required.

    Ladies: feel free to bring a comfortable pair of flats for dancing later in the evening.
